They will feed all corals in your tank...most LPS have larger polyps/mouths, thus can eat larger sized foods like PE Mysis, rods food, ect.
You can turn your skimmer off for an hour or 2 after dosing roti/oyster/plankton foods to allow corals/critters to feed and not just get skimmed out. Plankton usually 'rise' from the reefs in nature upon sunset...so if you dose 30 min before lights off and leave skimmer off for a couple hrs after you will usually get most 'efficient' feedings from your corals.
After which, fire the skimmer back up and it should not overflow as bad.
