Royal Gramma MIA?

Was wondering, is this cause for concern? Didn't see him yesterday at feeding time, wife doesn't remember seeing him at all yesterday for that matter. he's reasonably small, I'm guessing around 1 3/4" - 2".

He has always swam into the holes in the rock, going in one spot then coming out in a different place. I'm starting to think that he took a wrong turn inside the rock...:eek2:

Only other tank mates are a pair of b/w clowns and the cuc. Any ideas?

How long have you had him? Mine has been out of QT for a little over 3 weeks and he pretty much stays in his little rock grotto most of the time. Two days ago he didn't come out from cover at all, but he's out in the open today.

I had one that did the same..comes in and out of one cave of the rock. Same like you, clown & CUC. I never found him & believe the CUC took care of him.

Been out of qt for a month and a half at least. He was never "all over" but he would swim around his general area.

I'm starting to fear for the worst...:uhoh2:

Missing fish sometimes turn up (and in strange places, so check overflows, sump, etc.) but more often than not it means CUC food I'm afraid.
