RTA Splitting Tips?

Pretty sure my Rose Tip Anemone is splitting but was wondering if I should take any special precautions for it to happen in a healthy way? I've had it since October 2013 and it split in August 2013 and now it seems to be splitting again? Is that normal? I hope it's not splitting from stress. We feed it squid and pellets 2-3 times a week as well as any food the maroon clown decides to feed it (mysis, brine).

All my other coral are happy, growing and seem to not be having any problems. My tank is 1 year old with bimonthly water changes and service.

Any suggestions/advice/tips on my frequent anemone splitting would be nice. Thank you.

Cover ur powerheads. IMO they tend to move after splitting. Usually one of the clones prefer a new location

If u feed regularly, they r soon to colonize the entire tank like pest, really like pest. That's why I now stop keeping bta. I had one before and thought it was dead. Magically it reappeared few weeks later. They r pretty hardy
