RTBA split only 50% through...HELP, ANuthing I can do?

Over summer my RTBA split and then ended up with twins. The older twin split only half way through and had no progress splitting today. So, it's on the center rock with continuing red tips on one end and the other stretched opened and the color white, from the mouth.
It looks like it's not planning on splitting completely. I dono. ANy ideas? What I should do?
PS; How do u make Copepod houses?

Just let it be, One I had enaded up with dual feet/ one head.and lived many years despite it.
