FYI: Costco in Pembroke Pines is selling the Rubbermaid Brute 32 gallon bin w/ lids for $23.00. They are located in the back where they sell the paper towels. This is a great deal. I purchased the same bin at Lowes for $30.00 and lid was sold separate.
