Hey everyone. I have a 125g that I am breaking down to redo. In the meantime I need to move my live stock over. I have seen lots of people on here that uses the rubbermaid containers that I have attached. After reading site (not fish/reef sites) I have read people complaining that they crack after a yr or so. But then again these people use them for water trough for their horse and cows. I found this Tuff Stuff container for same price and 10g more but really never seen anyone on here using them.
Rubbermaid made from material foam and Tuff Stuff is a plastic. Any ideas which will be better for me?
Thanks!!!

There's a ton of people here using those rubbermaid stock tanks for sumps in their fish rooms.
Never heard of any problems other than leaky bulkheads, which is why we all replace the original with a better one.
Our tanks don't sit out in elements so they should last for quite a long time.

Thanks. I went ahead and got the Rubbermaid one. Local animal and feed store here has the 100g for $69.99. Thats a steal

The rubbermaids are built like tanks.

They work find for sumps but if you want to baffle it you will need to get creative. They don't have flat surfaces like your standard sump so it makes it more difficult in that regard.
