Ruby the Bubble Tip Anemone on a 4 day tour?

Hi Reefers:

I would like to introduce you to "Ruby" the bubble tip anemone. (picture attached)

Adopted: 1/16/2016 - Foot 1" diameter - temperature acclimated followed by drip over 3.5 hours. Set in a depression of live rock mid tank 10" Has eaten frozen brine and frozen clam cube once each since adoption.

Question:
Ruby appears well and was stationary until Monday afternoon 1/18. He began to move (which was expected), but after a little while grabbed hold of the shell of one of my larger Turbo Snails and has been riding around the tank ever since. I have not see any change in either of them. Ruby has still eaten, but is yet to leave the taxi. Ruby just seems content getting a ride around the tank on Turbo's back. (picture attached)

Is this normal behavior? Are the two of them in any danger? I am just wondering... I had hoped that our two clownfish over time might host with Ruby once he settled in, but I do not believe that Marlon and Coral are in the market for a mobile home???

Just looking for feedback.
Thanks Steve

Get it off the shell. It could get sucked into a power head just from the snail getting too close. Turbo snails also tend to ram rocks without a care for their shells since they are so thick, or anything on them. It might be cool for now, but you will have a problem sooner or later.

Also the anemone might not be able to get off without fully releasing to float away. If the snail keeps moving, then the foot would be unable to attach to rock.

Wikipedia. Sea anemone. Then look under symbiotic relationships. It discusses the free riding anemones.

This anemone needs a travelling name.

That is great help! They haven't left the original rock structure just moving around on it. I will see what I can do to encourage an amicable split, but I do not want to damage his foot
