ruffled scales?

i have a 1.5 inch yellow eye kole tang in a 100 gallon with a 3.5 blue hippo tang, a 12 inch snowflake eel, a 4 inch porc. puffer, and a 2.5 inch high fin wrasse, and a 1.5 inch niger trigger.

the yellow eye kole tang has a spot on both sides that looks like a bruise or something. could this have been from fights or stress? what can i do to help him
