Rustoleum Plastic Paint

Is it salt water approved like Krylon Fusion? The can reads roughly the same. The drying time is a touch longer but still really short. I can buy the Rustoleum 5 minutes away. Fusion is 20 minutes.

I heard that is right you can use that. Just the fusion suppose to look better. That is what he used to make the wavemaker in the rk mag
