Rusty Angelfish?

IME, they are more peaceful than other Dwarf Angels, but on that note they are still considered semi-aggressive. I good choice for that tank would be the Cherub Dwarf Angel. In any case with the dwarf, it should be added last to a peaceful community tank.

True. Do you think a rusty angel would get along with a jawfish?

It may or may not. I would say probably yes if the jawfish is added first. The jawfish spends most of its time in his little burrow on the sandbed and the angel would be occupying all of the water column, along with different feeding habits.

Yes they can be little A Holes!!!!! My Cherub Angel is Captain A Hole, and I also call him my Terrorist! He comes bolting out at mostly my McCosker's wrasse. The McCosker's wrasse just kinda takes it all in stride. I wish I had gotten the Cherub Angel last but I didn't, so I have to deal with him acting this way or get rid of him. He's a beautiful fish and sometimes acts normal, but you can count on him dashing out from his rocks to chase someone and it's usually the MW. Not sure why he doesn't like that one out of all of the fish in the tank. When he goes after my Mocha clowns they just tense up and don't move, kind of playing dead and it works 
He's never done anything to the Midas Blenny or the Matted File Fish, and on very rare occasion will he mess with the Royal Gramma. At least he's better than he use to be.
So if you think you want a dwarf angel make sure you add it last
