I was kind of wondering that myself when I saw them on a recent SA fish list.
I have only good things to say about the SA fish that I have gotten - 5 Carberryi Anthias, a mated pair of Blue Stripe pipefish, and an Oc Clown. Fish were all healthy and have done very well in my tank.

I was fortunate enough to get my hands on one of these little guys.
I have had him in the tank for two days and I can say that this is one special little fish. They are so animated, and their method of swimming is very different from most reef fish.
Mine is barely over 1/2" long. Soo tiny, but eating well...
I will try to get some good pictures in the next few days.

I got him from Greendale's Tropical Fish in Kannapolis, NC.
He is currently in my display with my pair of Bandits and is doing very well. He is a very cryptic fish and spends most of his time in the shadows, but when I sit in front of the tank, he will swim to the front glass and flash me with his tail. Very peculiar behavior in my opinion. The only issue is he is scared of the camera, as soon as it hits the glass he swims away.
I am uploading the only shots I have right now.

Ive had one for a little over a year now. About 5" long. They're a pretty chill little fish. Hold their own in a tank of predators and watching them go after live ghost shrimp is pretty sweet. You'll find that once you get him use to your tank, theyre a very hardy fish. Only complaint is they're overpriced. But, i got mine for wholesale, so i cant really complain.

I have two marine betas. In different tanks. Not sure if they came from SA or not. One came from Reef Czar and I got the other when in a tank breakdown purchase I bought. They are my favorite fish in the tank. I believe they are in the grouper family. They like to hide, but once they become accustomed to your tank they will come out for feeding and in lower light hours. They are very cool to watch feed as they turn sideways and stalk their food striking quickly. I feed mine krill in addition to the normal food the remainder of my tank gets. He will come up and snatch it out of the baster I use to feed.
They grow supper slow! Smart by SA to release them early otherwise the price point would just keep climbing. Hopefully people buying them are prepared to have a tiny fish on their hands for a while. It is easy to feed a tank full of tiny fish, but one can be a pain. Luckily Marine Bettas are very hardy!

Got mine 2 weeks ago, didn't see him at all until yesterday. I was actually getting ready to call Dr F&S to see what they wanted to do about the guarantee when he just materialized in front of me! Very inquisitive fish, swims right up to my face if I get close to the tank. Still keeps to the caves and overhangs, but he is by far the smallest fish in the tank.
