Sad day for my reef

Yeah I wasn't able to use all the pieces still have this one chunk on the sand bed lol

Yup it broke into 3 pieces that were colonies on their own it was about 8" round like a small chucke cheese basketball lol
 
Some while I was crying about my candy I snapped some top downs with my iPhone since I can't fit my camera under the lights lol. And here's what I got check them out

My Hawkins echinata I got this as a little brown frag from Madtanks look at it now lol plus check out the sweet Jason fox rouge milli on the bottom left

Sorry can't do anything about the bulb reflection not good at top downs I guess a viewing box would help but don't have one yet lol

Looking good Franky. That millies color is intense. Do you have any other shots of it?
 
I do jas but that top down though!!! Lol shows colors that a front glass shot can never achieve. I have a clam I got from Karl and at his house being that he has a sick rimless you have the benefit of looking down all the time and the clam looks bright turquoise or bright sky blue and then when u look at it from the front it almost looks purplish blue lol. But ill see if I can find a front shot

I hear ya. All my corals look so much better from the top. Either way that millie is beautiful. I have sunset, red and a green/yellow with neon green polyps millies. Hands down one of my favorite acros. Great photos hommie. I can't wait for mine to grow out some more!
 
Thanks I missed getting that milli at a reef swap it was a Jason fox rouge milli. I loved it so much I went online and paid thru the nose for it plus shipping lol oh well here's hoping it turns into something worthy lol so far so good
