Don't know about y'all, but the 6 LFS's near me shank you badly for LR-they're getting 8-10 dollars a pound for the commercial stuff, up to 15 a pound for handpicked out of their DT's. WAY too much for my budget. I am able, however, to culture my own LR. I took about 50 pounds of dry Fiji and Tonga I got from a neighbor and placed it on the reef for a year. This is perfectly legal, as long as the rock is obviously different from local rock. The only issue was the dam* caulerpa and a few aptasia-like nems.
