Anyone local using Safe Step 8300 or any other mag flake distributed for the same purpose? Any local distributors? Any info on heavy metal contamination. I have already read the SDS, which says nothing about metals.

I actually what to use it as a dual purpose. One for my reef and two as a bath soak similar to Epsom. Mag Chloride absorbs better transdermally than Mag Sulfate. But Mag Chloride for this purpose is very expensive. My son was just recently diagnosed with low to moderate form of autism. But the symptoms of Mag deficiency are the exact same as what the doc's wrote in the report. So I figure maybe it will help to get him a little extra Mag and B6.

As you can see the want/need to stay away from the metals.
Also very curious to see if the "pure" Mag flake is the same or not. Just packaged and labeled differently.

the SDS won't tell you about trace level values of HMs. for that info you'll need a CoA from the manufacturer/vendor, or better yet, send a sample for testing to a lab like mine, with an icpms.
