Safe way to re locate BTAs?

We have to BTAs in our tank who are nice and healthy. One of them, however, seems to be in an unpleasant spot and hasn't detached or tried to move. It is open daily, however, the rock work severely constricts its diameter and it reaches for light as we can see the foot reaching almost one inch.

Any tips or tricks to detach it safely so I can try to re home it within our tank?

If I should leave it alone I will do that, but i'd like to see it be in a happier spot.
