Safety connector not working when power goes out

Hi.

my safety connector connected to 6105 doesn't kick in when the power goes out. Once the power is out, if disconnected the power to the safety connector then plug it in again it will start working fine.

anyone got any ideas why?

Is it possible the battery is dead? It does need its own charger, to stay charged. It could also be the fuse has burned out, or the relay failed.
