How long do I wait until I connect my ghost skimmer?

I am going to wait a week after I have fish in the system.

I am going to find a way to cover the back chamber to prevent light from entering. Probably going to cut some 1/4" black acrylic to cover all the chambers.

Not too pretty but will do the job.

Made 2 of them for about $20.

I cut a piece of black acrylic to cover the back chambers as I had light making some algae grow in the back.

Also added a few new additions to the tank and will take some pics later today.
