Salifert flatworm exit is killing my tank slowly

I used there product as dirrected , i added 3 Ibs carbon also protein skimming 4 fish died and show pice corals are looking bad PLEASE help ,dose any one have there contact info

do a water change and siphon the dead worms out of the tank. same happed to me!

Your fishes and corals die not because of FWE. They died because of the toxic released by the flatworm. Before dosing, you should try to siphon out the flatworm as much as you can to minize the toxic when they die.

Did you siphon out as many FW as possible first. BTW FWE has never worked 100% for me, and now I have resistant FW's.

Yep....It's too late to looks backwards about siphoning as many of them about beforehand...Right now you need waterchanges and more/fresh carbon.
