Salt mix

I have 3/4 tub of salt mix from when I ran a brackish setup over 3 years ago. Does that stuff go bad or can I still use it?

Gonna start my 55gal soon!

Personally I would toss it. But if it is still granular and mixes well then maybe

Thanks for the input & welcome.
The intent would be to use it to start the tank and start some live rock in it.... since I've read that I should be changing the water a lot during/near the end of first cycle
or is it just useless?
