I have been fighting with getting the exposure right for the web. Things appear much brighter on my macs than they do when I see them on a PC. At first they would look pretty dark on PC screens. Perhaps I am overcompensating now.
I believe both tanks are about 300g. 5/6 feet long and 3' deep.
Calibrating your monitors could help a lot with things looking more uniform on different computers. And if nothing else you know that your image looks right on a calibrated monitor.

I did calibrate my monitor - and come to think of it, this is the first batch I've done since I bought the calibrator. I bet that's what is going on - now that it is calibrated, I don't need to compensate nearly as much as I used to.
