i will be in the santa clara area in california july 8th-20th and was asking if anyone had contacts out there so that i can do some serious buying without the usuual markups, any names, numbers would be awesome.

Register a d.b.a. name and get a tax id. Couple of hours and all online now.

They want a brick and motar store most of the time.

I guess someone (me) who has actually been to a wholesaler would not know any better huh ?

Unless you have someone's license, you are not getting in.

How would you get anything you bought home? You can't bring anything live on a plane.

It would be fun to see the selection at a place like that.

Any "Good" wholesaler will want brick & Mortar store and all related proof/paperwork ,which was one of my main reasons for a opening a store. The few ones that might deal with online paperwork are not worth dealing with from my exsperiance.

A lot of times you can get by with a tax ID number and a business card only. Both easy to obtain. Some places will require a picture of a store front, but not many. Also, as for bringing them home, just box 'em up and check 'em or stash them in your checked luggage..........ooops, I didn't say that.
