Well we've been busy! Thank you everyone how have paid and here is a spreadsheet with everyones name/payment and payment due. If anything is wrong with this spreadsheet just give me a PM and I'll fix it right up:

mlivvy - Oooops see I knew I'd mess up somewhere I'll fix that for you. The fees are something like 3.5 - 4 or so percent. But what I did was just wrapped all the fees (including tax/paypal/CCard) into the total. Yes, all that and we still got it for 39 cents/pound. As a comparison, John sells the same sand for 58 cent/pound. that's how much of a good deal we are getting because we are purchasing in bulk - one delivery. It's coming out of Miami and they and not in all the stores - I think they're trying to get their name known - good way to do it! BTW - I owe you 28 cents.
This saved me about 300 to 400 buck!

when will the sand be delivered, i live on the east coast, and wanted to know if i could come on a weekend to pick it up? thanks

bishoptaner - yes I'm willing to make arrangements with you. I figured anyone from the east coast would have problems with a week day delivery. It would need to be picked up at my house which is in Largo - not that much difference in miles when your coming from the East Coast.

Oh - I forgot to answer you question about delivery - we aren't sure until we have the final. If the vendor has it already made up then it would most likely be the following week. If they need to prep the sand in any way then we are talking as long as three weeks. Sorry I can't narrow it down any more then that, but this is a large order for them.

Laine - this is what it's all about. TBRC is a community club and all of us try to help each other - this includes the merchants as they are the key to some of the vendors/manufacturers.
I wanted to let everyone know that if they need a large amount of sand but don't have a way to transport - I'll find a way. Just contact me and I'll get delivery setup for you.

First off - would It be OK for the SWFMAS folks to get in on this?
Is there anybody thats heading SOUTH that would be willing to pick up sand for me, and I could meet them at their place? If so - what would be your limit on how many pounds you'd be able to transport.

Reef Artist, I would love to get in on this deal. My only concern is pickup. I am driving down to my parents hose in Tampa the last weekend of this month. Could we arrange a Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning pickup if I place an order? I would only need 100-140 lbs. I have no problem prepaying.
