Sand Swap

Does the club ever do sand swaps? Where every one brings a cup of sand from their tank
or fuge and all the cups are mixed in a bucket , then each person takes a cup home?

I seem to remember the first meeting I went to some time in 2004, they were doing
one, but as I was new and didn't bring sand I didn't get to participate.

we dont do them due to passing around nastys in the sand such as Ich, velvet, nudibranchs etc.
