Sat March 20 meeting details

Ok I know it's not a huge notice but here it is. The meeting will be at 2:00 at La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant
3668 Bell Road, Nashville, TN 37214 (615)*902-6060

it's right off of I40 at the Stewarts Ferry exit. You will be responsible for your own meals & drinks. The food is good & the margaritas are better. There is a spot closed off in the back I was able to secure for being such a loyal customer lol.

We will finalize the votes & announce the winners of the elected IT & PR spots on the BOD. We will also talk about what everyone as a member wants out of the club & what everyones expectations are of the current BOD. Basically it's gonna be a informal get to know one another meet & greet. There will be a giveaway for paid members that attend & any new members that join there.

Be thinking of any issues you've had with the club & please if it's on your mind, voice your opinion. Also maybe we can get some Volunteers to host a April meeting. If you plan on attending please lmk by posting here so I can keep a head count.

I will be there and so will tiffany. I am also going to bring my computer so hopefully Norman will be coming and can help me get the rest of the members cards printed off then. I am having some tech difficulties.

I'm thinking we should have 1 at your work, since you have to work all the time. You could pop in & out of the meeting & get paid all at the same time. :bigeyes:

You can pay either way. Whichever is easiest for you. You can sign up on MTRC.org or pay at the meeting.

Not sure what I'm gonna do, I'm still sick with a Sinus Infection and In the AM feel real lousy!! I'll see how I do feel by leaving time! Plus I don't want to get anybody else Sick If I do come. Undecided as of the moment....
