hello everyone.. my name is anthony.. and i am a reef addict.. lolz..

anyways a lil sumtin about me...

- ive been in the hobby for approx. 1 year and enjoy every minute of it... yes there is alot of work in owning a reef tank but the way it looks pays off for all the hard work...

my 75 gallon reef tank...

specs 6 months old...

- 75 gallon aga diy RR tank..
- ASM G3 skimmer with gate valve
- Mag 9.5 return pump
- 30 gallon rubbermade sump(comming soon 20 gallon long)
- 2 maxijet 1200's
- tunze 6060 (adding another one in a couple of weeks)
- 100lbs of live rock
- marina board
- 300 watt heater..

Lighting

2 250 watt metal halide 14 k hamiltons w/parabolic reflector...

Livestock
- blue hippo tang 1" 1/2
- yellow tang 1" 1/2
- powder blue tang 3"
- 2 cleaner shrimp
- 8 turbo snails
- 3 red legged hermits

SPS
green acro
green acro (different family)
purple acro
pink sps 2 different ones.. (forget the names)
yellow tenuis
blue tort
red monti
porciporla (spelling)
hydnophora
pink birdsnest

Softies
red with green mouth zoas
Blue zoos
orange zoos 2 different types

i dose and do water changes once every 2-3 weeks about 5 gallons....

Your frogspawn and hammer are both rated as lps, large polyp stony, btw, and there's a forum topic for that, here...it's a nice array of corals. I've yet even to see a hydnaphora in my lfs.

Thanks MG... i love it.... i really cant complain about it... it pulls out some nasty stuff... ill upload a pic of skimmate onto my photobucket... the skimmate is from 1 day....

Yes, very nice. It's funny the way your G3 collects green stuff. Mine is a black disgusting paste.

Now, 3 tangs in a 75? They will outgrow your tank. Do they not fight at all?

thanks odb.... recife thanks for the comp. yea i dun understand some people get brown some get light and dark brown.. i guess it all depends on how it skimms.. i really dont no why its a dark green... and yes i no they will outgrow and have plans of upgrading to a 120 gallon beginning or middle of next year if all goes well... and they do not fight... ive had the blue hippo and yellow tang for about 8 months were friends from the start just added the Powder blue tang 3 days ago and they were afraid of him in the beginning but now are swimming and happy... (thankgod)
