Scared my wrasse

I had to put my hand in the tank today to fix something (I try not to put my hand in the tank unless absolutely necessary) and my biggest fish which is a 4in blue headed fairy wrasse went nuts and swam around in two circles bumping into rocks and scratched off some scales on its one side. Should I be concerned or will it heal properly with time? Should I treat the tank? I would choose not to treat with any chemicals because its a reef tank and I know for a fact that it will be nearly impossible to get this fish out without tanking out all my rock. And I dont want to do that because I have a leopard wrasse in my tank that I am not trying to stress out. I put that in my tank 3 weeks ago and it is still doing good but not eating frozen yet. Anyway back to the other wrasse, what should I do? Thanks in advance for the responses.

Keep an eye on it for now; should heal fine with proper diet and no additional stressors.

You should be on the lookout for any sort of infection. If that was to happen, you would have to remove the fish in order to treat him in a hostipal tank.
