SCH 80 Manifold Supplier?

I'm currently doing a large system build and I'm trying to feed my frag system (6 3/4" returns) from a 2" SCH 80 pipe.

Build Thread

Started looking at the underside of the frag system and my original design with 2" Tees -> 3/4" Reducer -> 3/4" Ball Valve -> Barbed fitting -> Flex PVC -> Barbed fitting -> Bulkhead is not going to work as just the "2" Tees -> 3/4" Reducer -> 3/4" Ball Valve -> Barbed fitting" portion would be over 12". (Did not realize how big 2" PVC gets while working with it!)

That being said, I think what looks to be the best option at this point is to get a SCH 80 PVC manifold. I need something that takes my 2" PVC feed pipe and distributes to 6 3/4" slips.

I found the following manifolds but they are SCH 40 and curious if anyone is aware of any other manifolds like this that are SCH 80?!?

It does not have to have 6 3/4" splits either....I could use multiple ones but looking to find a better solution to what I currently have worked up. It will work but seems a bit drastic!

Is there a specific reason you want sch80?

Even sch40 is waaaay over-spec'd for the pressures we typically run. If it's a color thing (since sch80 is usually gray), why not just get that part and paint it?

I'm just trying to do it the right way and aestethics I guess too. I'm trying to build this system so it will run for years to come and I don't have to worry too much about leaks/failure in plumbing. I definitely wanted to use SCH 80 Bulkheads/Valves but then SCH 80 piping and fittings soon followed.

I guess I could consider the painting but still don't see a manifold that is particularly 'perfect' for the situation.

If anyone does not have any idea on SCH 80 manifolds then does anyone know of any other good sources for manifolds. I'd like 2" pipe and then 3/4" outlets in line....

der_wille, what paint would you recommend?

I am going ahead and ordering the following manifold and will paint as recommended. I was really using SCH 80 with the additional flexibility likeliness to break but I'll but this between two 2" unions so if I find another solution in future I could change out. I won't have to adjust the ball valves often so this should do....

I guess only remaining question is what paint would work best? Anyone painted SCH 40 to match the SCH 80 they have?
