This inch and a half long dragonet ate it. I looked down, noticing a furious motion from the dragonet, who wrestled that thing like a crocodile taking down a snake. And he ate it, piece by wriggling piece.

I've kept these guys for two decades and I've never seen one do that. They are more daring feeders than mandys, but---sheesh!

I've seen my scooter do the same thing but only with smaller bristleworms. It also tended to go round with a bristle worm moustache from time to time, when i take it it missed.
 
ROTFLMAO!!! That's pretty funny :lmao: If only there were a video...

I've seen triggers go after bristleworms -- it's quite violent and rather spectacular. They'll gobble the worm up, shoot it back out in a straight line of worm, then suck the whole thing back up like spaghetti. It all happens very fast.
