SCUBA anyone?

It has been sometime since I last went diving since my dive buddy moved away, I have been itching to go dive again so I thought I would ask here. Is there anyone that would like to do a beach dive? I dont want to do a boat dive right away because I would rather stick with the easier dive just to brush up on my skills and focus on controlling my air consumption. If anyone is interested post here or feel free to shoot me a PM.

I'm on the same boat (no pun intended) but I'd be up for a beach dive also.

My next couple of weeks are shot, but perhaps towards the end of the month or next month we can get a bunch of us together and go up to the Blue Heron Bridge. It's both a good dive, and an easy one. Good spot for Chris brush up his skills.

I,m in too, just let me know in advance to request the day off. Also just to let you know I frequent the Dania/Hollywood beach area for beach diving. Does anybody here dive with a dpv? I own one (Torpedo 2000).

Can any of you recommend a good place to get certified? I saw groupon had a deal but not sure if those are actually worth it.
