Scuba store gift certificate

I have a $182 gift certificate from Beach Cities Scuba (multiple locations) that was given to my 14 year old daughter. She was in the middle of her scuba certification class and was severely injured in an horrible accident. She may never dive again, or at least not for a very long time. I tried to return it to the store but they would not do it. I hope to get $150 for it so my daughter can buy something that she wants and could use now. If you are going to buy scuba stuff why not save $32 and make my daughter really happy. :strange:

I just wanted to add that her accident was not scuba related in any way as I may have implied in the post above. She had just completed her pool and book portion of the open water course and we would have been going to Roatan for her ocean water dives. Please do not panic, scuba diving had nothing to do with her accident. Scuba diving is still safe and fun.
