I have 2 for six months that are doing well.

I've heard of them, but never really looked into them. What is their function on the reef?

It is suppose to eat bryopsis, a nuisance macroalgae that is hard to control once it is introduced to a tank.

As to the Seacrop shop. It would cost me $40 to ship a $6.00 creature. Seems a bit steep...

I just got an prder from seacrop, yes overnight shipping is not cheap, but that price covers up to I think 10 lbs, so what I did was to order more stuff to help make it more worthwhile.

I thought of that. That is how they get you. You buy stuff you don't really need.

Lets face it...anything associated with SW aquarium is expensive.

I'd make the order worth it, those prices are VERY cheap compared to others... and even the local LFS...
