Sea cucmber or anemone?

If it was an echinoderm the muscle bands should be in multiples of 5 but these aren't, also the feeding tentacles appear to be smooth rather than branched, so my guess is cnidarian. On the other hand it's unusual for sea anemones to be exposed like that. If you don't mind I can download the file & send it to some friends who specialize in these groups for an id.
 
That would be great. I should have thought to count the tentacles. A google image search for Leptosynapta yields pictures of similar animals though I don't know if they are correctly identified.
