Sea cucumebr identification

I have had this guy in my system for over a year. He is a complete omnivore from what i can see, loves my algae infested very fine agorite sand. Need identification please. Oh and i pretty sure he's an Australian guy from the great barrier reef but i could be mistaken.

I have yet to find anything online that would be use in the identification of sea cucumbers, from my understanding, very little has been done to ID the vast majority of them.

Possibly in the genus Stichopus. I couldn't find a species to match.

thanks for trying guys, it looks like he will remain a mystery. Thanks LeslieH i will be looking up that genus.
