Sea Hare Injury Recovery?

My recently acquired Sea Hare which I bought at Aquatic Obsessions in Woodbridge, NJ, got caught in the HOB skimmer strainer. It was stuck a little at the foot but couldn't get out. I managed to get it out without ripping it at the foot. The area of the foot that got stuck remained swollen after it was released.

It has remained curled up since Sunday bot it is still alive and moves but not much. Will it die or will it recover? How long will it take?

I would move it to quarantine , even a clean bucket, where nothing will bother it, watch the temp and salinity for it, and give it some nori or spirulina flake. Large sea hares if they die in a tank can cause problems with sheer biomass; and there is some talk about a sea hare death releasing toxin.

Meanwhile the obvious: if it got caught, other things can, and that situation in your tank needs fixing.
