Seachem stability

I'm cycling a new tank, a friend recommended seachem stability to help the process along. Has anyone used this product? don't want to put anything bad in my tank

Its fine.. Not really needed but in general "could" help some...

I've used it to cycle a QT quickly. Now I just keep some ceramic rings for the HOB filter in the sump in case I need to get the QT up and running.
Don't really need it if your cycling a new tank it will happen naturally, but Stability, Dr Tims, or Bio-Spira will probably help cycle it quicker.

Good product. I use it all the time, even after water changes in my QT.
