seagrass tank

i have seahorses and would like to plant a seagrass tank. i have a really densely planted freshwater discus tank. i am interested in talking to some people who have actually set one up.

Great! I'm in the same boat - trying to do more of a natural approach to keeping seahorses and I also had a lot of background in planted freshwater tanks. Try my website to see how I went about planning and what I've been up to with the tank lately. No SHs yet though.. soon!

IMO, the best people to ask for tips on a 'grass tank would be billsreef and peircho, they've both had seagrass tanks up for a while. Tom Barr (plantbrain) also comes to this board every once in awhile, he may have some good pointers. There are a few other people here who are, like you, just getting started with larger 'grass tanks.
