I need help with identifying this seahorse. One of my buddies brought it in and it was wild caught. Does anyone have any information on it that would be helpful! Notice its head. I am not sure what those extensions are called. If you could tell me the proper name for those too that would be great.

Looks like erectus to me. The extension are cirri

Agreed, it's probably an erectus, but a better shot with the profile of the entire SH would help.
