seahorse/macro alage

have a 20 gal looking to keep a good variety of macro and 2 seahorse have 2 65 watt compacts for light what would be the best bulb combo

What kind of seahorses? Is there a sump? Protein skimmer? Chiller?
Unless they will be smaller seahorses like Fuscus, with a sump and protein skimmer, you might have problems with water quality in that small of a tank.
Also, you will have temperature problems with the heat from that light system and will almost certainly need a chiller to keep the temperature in the 68° to 74°F range.
You could also just keep the room cool enough to compensate for the lights.

SH don't really care what light they're under, nor will the macro.

i use 10k and true 03 actinics in my SH setups set on separate timers for a dawn/dusk effect.

kudos for adding macro to your SH setup! IMHO, it's the best thing you can do for them.
