seahorse skin erosion

appear to have light color erosion on SH almost white but he is eating now very well,
moved to sump of well established reef system after he became extremely lethargic in sh tank

should I put him in hospital and treat with what?

I would treat with either Nitrofuran or Maracyn II in a QT. Also make sure it's eating well.
