Search for Super Tang

hi guys,
I was wondering, since most Tangs are "ich magnets", who among them have the least likelyhood of contracting this parasite? my wife seems to like a Blonde Nasso, but Im still reluctant to try another tang after losing several of them including a Kole that didnt even make it through QT.

Are you looking for the least likely to catch it, or the most resilient to it? My sailfin tang was in the tank during my mega-outbreak, and he only showed a little here and there, it cleared up to 100% in no time at all. Others kicked the bucket.

Hey Dex...IMO probably the hardiest tangs are from the family Zebrasoma..yellows, sailfins, scopas etc.....and the Acanthurus are among the harder to keep...power blues, browns, achilles etc...I never had a naso so I can't comment, but my brother had one in his tank and it survived his lack of husbandry...LOL
