2 night ago I thought my big 3" teddybear crab died.....Sasquatch as we called it. The next night I see the coral banded shrimp molted and so did the camel....and Sasquatch alive and well under the rocks...what are the chances of them all shedding at once?
Did you recently do a big water change or do any supplementing to the water? I believe I have read that chemicals in the water can be a limiting factor in when inverts molt... perhaps everyone was ready and waiting?
Yes I did...I have heard about iodine in the water as well being necessary for the molt. I did a massive water change since it is only a 10 gallon tank...got the nitrates down to 20 from 80.
