Looks perfectly fine and where it should be, at sand bed.
There are two kinds of Sebae's, H. Crispa which gets huge, like 2' in diameter, very long tentacles, and H. Malu, which I'm pretty positive is what you have(I personally think that is a nice score) which only get about 10" in diameter and shorter tentacles, and IMO have brighter colors.
I have a Malu right now for the first time and it is turning out to be my favorite nem for a mixed reef.
