Hi, I have a sebae anemone that's not doing to great. I've had it for about two months and it was doing great. The only weird thing I noticed was that when the lights were on it would be more closed up and a little shriveled but then at night when the lights are off it looked great and opened up nicely. However, last night it moved towards the back of the tank and still looked good, and today it's all shriveled up and the tentacles look like little knobs. It doesn't look good.
The tank parameters are:
Ph - 7.8-8.0 (little low, using seachem ph raise powder to raise it up)
Salinity - 1.024-1.025
Nitrates - 0 (Atleast readable, I have some hair algae so there might be a little)
Phosphate - 0
Ammonia -
Calcium - 450
tank is 118 gallons been running for almost 4 years
It did crash on me once and I lost a bubble tip anemone and some other fish and some corals
I feed scallops daily
I have some other corals in there that are doing fine and fish are doing fine too.
thanks in advance
