we are soonto be upgradeing our 10 gallon reef to a 75 gallon reef and would love to do a sebae anemone. but i seen one at my pet store and it was about a foot in diameter and wounderd if it would get any bigger? thank you

I just got my sebae a week ago. mine is only about 5" now, but they get BIG. I think about 20" was the largest recorded size.

I plan to keep my sebae for as long as I can, I purposly located her in a part of my reef that would not have many corals anyways (the end, towards the sandbed) so that she could get pretty large without it being a problem. I too ahve a 75g DT (the fuge/sump is a 40br, will be downsizing sump size to a 30g soon though).

They get really big, I bought mine about 5 months ago and it was about 5 or 6 inches across, now its about 12 inches across. They get really big, I bought frags from someone and his sebae (H. crispa) was 24" they get huge!

i suppose it would depend on your lights :)
under pc lights, it just kinda stayed the same and didn't seem too happy but under halides, it exploded in size...and is way too big for my tank now...
