Sebae/clarkia clownfish with eye lashes??

Has anyone ever hear of this fish? And if so what are they called? Anyone have pictures or any info on them?

It's another marketing name for a clarkii or possibly a bicinctus morph (to my knowledge, there are very few true sebae clownfish actually available in the hobby). They're also called "pearl-eye" for the white markings above their eyes. They're beautiful fish.

I will I was also told they are about a year old... How old do they have to be to be adult??
