sebae, is colored?

ok, hiyya, i dont know there exist a colored anemones =(, but well now here go the problem, i buy a sebae is a brilliant yellow color w purple tips, is it colored?, if it is what to do?, another question, it does not like my false clown =( , any i dea?.

Those don't have very much of a chance of survival.

Hi, i read the article but my english is very bad i dont get it very well, but tell me what should i do to save she, the paint is toxic for my other reef creatures?, i want to take care of my reef first, but i really will do aniting (almost give she a special treat aquarium), for give she the best life, what should i do?.

just keep feeding her and give her plenty of light. The dye is not poisonous to your tank.

Thanks i wil take care of she!!, and feed him once a week, i will add 56wats of lighting i can add them using my same ballast so its not so expensive, sure she will like it (and maybe my corals too), thanks for u help im happy again now.

its not dyed if it is yellow with purple tips. when they get died, the anemone becomes one color throughout.

I don't believe that is true but I could certainly be proven wrong, can you point me to a source?

purple tips will still show up when the anemone is dyed. Two most common dyed colors for sebea's are yellow and an intense purple. That said, asid from the purplish tips a healthy sebea is most commonly found in the brown colormorph, although there are some variations.

they dont, its a simple fact that a dark color like purple will not be washed out by a lighter color such as yellow.
