Then I had a fit of shyness and ran away without introducing myself to everyone![]()
Don't feel bad Lizz, you're not the only one. I was barely able to pull myself away from flinging turkeys and launching hedgehogs into space long enough to buy a few frags from Kase while giving Kat a hard time about stealing all the good ones. :lol2:
I'm glad I was able to attend, but I wish I could have stayed longer and spoken with some of you. There were a bunch of people that attended that I consider to be some of the most knowledgeable in the area about the hobby, and I would have loved to have spent some time soaking up some of your knowledge. But, my little guy wasn't as enthusiastic about hanging around as I was, even though he did love a couple of the fish in the DT (I think the one was a striped Foxface, and the other was a Tang).
Anyway, I hope to be able to actually MEET all of you at another event in the near future.
And Scott, thanks for hosting the event. Your classroom looks great...I only wish I had a teacher that used reefkeeping as a teaching tool, let along had the amount of enthusiam for the hobby that you do (I only wish I would have had a frag that I could have donated to the tank).
