second tang questions

I currently have a scopus tang in my 75 gallon tank. I am building a 120 gallon system. Due to space issues, I can't put in a 6 foot tank, so will stick with 4 ft but it will be 24" wide and 24" tall. I would like very much to have two tangs. The scopus is very shy and I thought having another tang might help that. I've researched the smaller tangs and really like the Acanthurus japonicus, so called white-faced tang. Since I've had to give up on a 6 foot tank, do I also have to give up on having two tangs, or is this ok in 4 feet, considering these tangs are not as large as some others? Thanks for your help

I think you will be just fine with those two tangs in a standard 120. I would try to introduce them at the same time if possible.

yeh my scopus is rediculously shy too! annoys me cos i have to creep past the tang without flashing by too much!! ive got a simular system and will be getting another tang, just that the small hippo in the shop seems not to be so well so im waiting for another.
