Does anyone have a security camera system I am thinking about ordering the lorex one because late Sunday night around 3am some jerk poured paint stripper all over the hood and drivers side fender which ruined the paint and caused a great deal of damage to my f150 hopping there is some one with some advice because I would really like to catch the person responsible for it

Collected from him two weeks ago!

Very useful and can access from your phone easily. Got ours on one of the costco sales

I use a ZModo DVR with 700TVL cameras, which are pretty clear, even at near zero lux. They also have apps for almost every device to connect remotely.

These are full HD cameras. Sort of like your suggested 720 resolution, but 1080 resolution. Better resolution, but more expensive too.

If you have internet in your home id look into an nvr system rather than the dvr. Its much simpler and less cables to worry about, and resolution is best.
