That's a sweet setup REEF-DADDY, love the rock racks.
Wiskey, I wonder if we get enough guy's, we could do a bulk buy?LOL
I keep watering my $ and it still isn't growing. I might put some MH over it and hook up a calcium reactor.

Thanks, its loks better now packed with frags!

just another option instead of a controller...mate it with a sea swirl and you got a sweet rotating powerhead :D

video quality isn't that great on photobucket :(

Cant go wrong with the tunze's ...i think they are worth it

i learned a while back that dropping less cash on an inferior product only to upgrade later costs you more money than just dropping the dough and doing it right on the first go round

i only have one tunze 6000 in my 55g..along with ohter pumps including a seio..but i plan on getting another 6000 and a few nano tunzes in the near future for just a 55g...but also upgrading to a 150 g cube in the next year or so....

you can always take the tunzes with you when you upgrade to a larger tank

well, i recently got the new controller and i really like it. i haven't used tunzes so i can't really compare. but comparing just running my 2600 24/7 to having it change every 15 seconds, there is quite a difference. HTH

Great vid but I think ur kids were looking for some attention??? ;) I have a 620 and have never had a problem with it go figure.

Ok, I got it all hooked up. I'm running 2 of the 1100's on it. I tell ya. I think it's great. Super easy to set up and I can run as low as 15 second intervals on it. It ramps down to 50% and then back up to 100%. It has two different feeding settings, 8 minutes and 16 minutes at the push of a button. I give it B+. If it's still working a year from now then I'll give it A+.

How many pumps can it run?

It has outlets for two pumps. I haven't tried running multiple pumps per outlet yet...... I have a few years of electronics behind me and I can't see why, if you don't exceed the maximum watts designed for it to handle, that you couldn't do so. I may be wrong.

Let us know when you give that a try!

The bigger issue is that it can't reduce the voltage enough for smaller pumps so they would run at 100% all the time however I am willing to bet that 2 620 or 2 820 seios could be plugged into one outlet in order to increase the total voltage.

kind of off topic, but I was wondering if a Seio 1100 would be good flow and turnover on a 40g breeder? Thanks
